My experience was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy, with sticky floors and roaches crawling around. I reported the issues to management, but they only sprayed for roaches without properly cleaning the bathroom. The general manager was willing to refund a night, but since I booked through a third-party site, he couldn't process it. It felt like I was left to deal with the mess on my own, ruining what should have been a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed amazing snorkeling and tried some water skiing nearby. The hotel was conveniently located for all our activities. The staff was friendly and eager to help, making our stay enjoyable. Just a heads-up, breakfast could get crowded during peak times.

One downside was the hot tub being broken during our stay, which was a bummer since we wanted to relax in it after a day of activities.

Great stay for families!

We had a solid 2-night stay! The boys loved the pool and jumped in three times. Breakfast was pretty nice, lots to choose from. The manager, an older guy, was super friendly and let us check in an hour late. Only thing was the coffee maker in the room was broken, but we found a Starbucks nearby.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free parking, a wonderful outdoor swimming pool, and a caring staff. I remember my first stay when they provided me a cold drink on a hot day. I’m coming back for a holiday!
